f (x) = -40x² + 600x - 2000  de la forme de ax² + bx + c

en calculant le discriminant :

Δ = b² - 4ac = 40 000

deux solutions

x' = (-b+√Δ)/2a = 5

x" = (-b-√Δ)/2a = 10

ou

f(x) = -40( x² - 15x + 50) = -40( x - 5)(x - 10)

f(x) = 0    pour x = 5  ou x = 10

2)

dérivée f ' (x) = -80x + 600

3)

f ' (x) = 0

-80x + 600 = 0

x = -600 / (-80) = 15/2 = 7.5
